The UK government introduced new anti-money laundering measures on 10/01/2020, which affect all art dealers, galleries and their clients. Before the conclusion of any sale over £6,500, Sculpt Gallery is legally required to carry out a client identification check. This data will be securely held by us in accordance with general data protection regulations. Your patience and understanding whilst we carry out these mandatory checks is appreciated, thank you.
Items purchased via our website or via the gallery may be returned for any reason within 14 days. Artwork which is being returned should be sent or delivered to the above address and must be received in its original condition and fit for re-sale.
The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are suitably packaged for safe return and is liable for the cost of return postage. No responsibility can be accepted by Sculpt Gallery for items which are lost or damaged in transit – you are therefore advised to use a reliable delivery method which requires a signature.

Orders for bespoke commissions may be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed. Within this period any initial deposit held is fully refundable. After 14 days the customer is responsible for all labour, materials, transportation and other costs incurred by the artist and/or Sculpt Gallery in fulfilling the order. This may equate to up to 80% of the total cost of the commission.
Specifications for commissioned works are agreed in writing at the Order stage and may, where possible, be approved by the customer at key stages of production. Please be aware that with production of studio ceramics and glass, precise outcomes are not always possible but we will always endeavour to achieve the closest match to your requirements.
If you have received an item which is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may advise you of the returns procedure.
It is important that you photograph the damaged goods immediately, showing the original packaging and any loose parts. Please include any loose parts in your return package.
A full refund or a replacement will be issued as soon as possible after the defective items are received.
